ITS 2323 Records and Information Management Systems Panel: ITS 2323 is part of the Government Selected Application Systems (GSAS) program, managed by State Procurement, a division of the Department of Commerce. Under Premier’s Circular No. 99-35 and the NSW Office of Information Technology Memorandum No. 6.1 the NSW Government has established a policy on using GSAS-approved products for acquisition of new, replacement, upgraded or enhanced application software for all NSW Government agencies. The objective of this initiative is to reduce variety of software used across government, bringing benefits in standardising computing applications and assisting inter-agency experience sharing.

South Australian Government Contract Vehicles

Government Electronic Document and Records Management Systems (EDRMS) Panel: Agencies, as defined by the State Records Act, 1997, that are intending to procure or upgrade to an EDRMS system from 9 August 2004 are required to procure a compliant solution from the Panel, unless the State Supply Board and the Director State Records of South Australia grant exemption.
