TRIM empowers the City of Charles Sturt to deliver better services

The City of Charles Sturt adopted TOWER Software's TRIM in 2004 to replace a paper-based records system that was inefficient to operate and made statutory compliance unacceptably complex and difficult. But the lack of electronic records management did not mean the site was a greenfield: the City had recently upgraded its core line of business applications and any new records management system needed to integrate with these applications without requiring significant new investment.
