TOWER Software Adds Research and Development Capability in Adelaide with Three New Appointments

Appoints Jaimie Tilbrook Principal Developer for Microsoft Integration

Adelaide, Australia – September 18, 2007 – TOWER Software, the leading Australian developer of Enterprise Content Management (ECM) solutions and the leading ECM provider to government worldwide, today announced that it has added a research and development capability in Adelaide with the appointment of three new software developers.

TOWER Software has appointed Jaimie Tilbrook as Principal Developer for Microsoft Integration to head up the new Adelaide R&D team, located in TOWER Software’s Adelaide office.

First established in 2004, TOWER Software’s South Australian branch is already home to a sales and support team of three people, taking total staff numbers to six.

In this newly created role, Tilbrook will lead TOWER Software’s continued development of Microsoft integration capabilities within its award-winning TRIM Context® Enterprise Content Management solution.

“TOWER Software acquired a Microsoft SharePoint integration solution earlier this year – which I had helped to develop – extending the complete set of ECM capabilities offered in TRIM Context to Microsoft SharePoint users,” said Tilbrook.

“My role at TOWER Software is to continue to develop the Microsoft SharePoint integration capabilities of TRIM Context,” he said. “That includes support for Microsoft Office SharePoint Server 2007 or MOSS and extending SharePoint integration capabilities to users of our Web-based client software.”

Jaimie Tilbrook works with Straughan Schofield, TOWER Software’s Canberra-based General Manager of Product Development.

“If you are a serious developer doing complex development like TOWER Software, you need good experienced people – and good people are hard to find,” said Schofield. “So when Jaimie Tilbrook became available we decided to form a team around him and expand the South Australian office. Having a development office in Adelaide is a good move – it’s a bright community and a good environment for people with young families.”

Jaimie comes to TOWER Software from Unique World Software, where he was lead developer for the company’s TIPS SharePoint product. Prior to embarking on a career in software development, Jaimie was a pilot with the Australian Air Force. Joining Jaimie Tilbrook to form TOWER Software’s new Adelaide R&D team are Wineia Wijesinghe, employed as a Senior Developer, and Sanju Samuel, who is taking up a role as a Junior Developer. Both were previously employed as developers by Motorola in Adelaide.
