TOWER Software Expands in South Australia, Appoints Jeremy Hancock as Project Manager & Applications Consultant
Adelaide, Australia – August 28, 2007 – TOWER Software, the leading Australian developer of Enterprise Content Management (ECM) solutions and the leading ECM provider to government worldwide, has announced the appointment of Jeremy Hancock as Project Manager & Applications Consultant for South Australia.
Hancock, based in TOWER Software’s Adelaide office, will provide consulting services to partners and customers for the implementation of TRIM Context®, TOWER Software’s unified Enterprise Content Management (ECM) software solution. He is also responsible for managing the many TRIM Context projects being implemented by the company’s South Australian customers.
”Having spent the last three years managing and running product-based training programs, I saw this opportunity with TOWER Software as a really interesting career path,” said Hancock. “I am really looking forward to the challenge of IT project management and putting my product knowledge into practice in real world business situations to ensure users get the most out of their TRIM Context implementations.”

Prior to joining TOWER Software, Jeremy was a contract trainer for KAZ Training Services, where he trained over 1,000 people in a variety of applications including Microsoft Office applications and TRIM Context.
Before joining the computer industry, Jeremy worked for a number of years as a Youth Worker at the Wirraway Homestead Youth Centre, teaching and counselling youth and young adults and training new staff.
