TOWER Software Increases WA Commitment with Expanded Partner Network and Prime Role on WA Government’s Preferred Supplier Panel. New Opportunities for Partners to Meet Growing Demand for Enterprise Content Management Solutions in the Resources Sector

Perth, Australia – January 23, 2008 – TOWER Software, a proven global leader in Enterprise Content Management (ECM) solutions, today announced that it will expand its partner network in Western Australia and take a prime role on the state government’s preferred supplier panel.

The company was previously represented in WA by a sole reseller, Sigma Data Solutions. TOWER Software has repurchased the rights to supply its TRIM Context® ECM solutions in WA for an undisclosed amount.

With the change in distribution, TOWER Software – which announced the establishment of a Perth office in March 2006 – will increase its commitment to the WA market by establishing a larger partner network to meet the growing demand for ECM solutions.

TOWER Software will also now be the prime supplier of TRIM Context on the WA Government’s 3-year preferred supplier panel, Common Use Arrangement (CUA) 8005, which commenced September 29, 2006. CUA 8005 was introduced to assist government departments with Electronic Document Management Systems (EDMS) including records management, content management, access control & security, process management & workflow, import & export administration and archiving.
