TOWER Software Establishes New Zealand Office, Appoints Iain Hawke as Country Manager

Wellington, New Zealand – May 9, 2007 – TOWER Software, the leading Australian developer of Enterprise Content Management (ECM) solutions and the leading ECM provider to government worldwide, has announced the establishment of an office in New Zealand and the appointment of Iain Hawke as Country Manager.

TOWER Software is experiencing strong growth in all parts of the world, most recently in Europe and Northern America. With the establishment of a local office in Wellington, TOWER Software will support its continued growth in New Zealand, where it has been and will continue to be represented by leading New Zealand IT Services company Gen-i.

In his newly created role, Mr Hawke will be responsible for developing and managing the TOWER Software business in New Zealand.
 
“My key goal is to ensure that all of TOWER Software’s New Zealand customers and potential customers understand the full breadth and depth of our Enterprise Content Management solutions and how they can be best deployed in their industries,” said Mr Hawke. “I will be working closely with Gen-i, our primary reseller partner here, to ensure that we deliver the products and services required to achieve this goal.

“TOWER Software has a fantastic track record, having operated in the ECM market for over 20 years. The TRIM Context product is a wonderfully robust ECM solution, suited to both government departments and commercial organisations, including New Zealand’s many small to medium sized organisations,” said Hawke.

“There will be a strong emphasis on local governments nationwide where I think there is strong fit for TOWER Software’s TRIM Context product, which has a large installed base in local government in Australia, Europe and North America,” added Mr Hawke. “We will be building up our numbers of channel partners to go out and really address this market.”

Mr Hawke will report to Brian Clark, National Sales Manager, Asia Pacific for TOWER Software.

“With the appointment of Iain Hawke, New Zealand organisations will have access to a dedicated resource to help them achieve the maximum value from their investments in TOWER Software’s ECM solutions,” said Mr Clark. “We are delighted to welcome Iain on board in this new and challenging role.”

A native of New Zealand, Mr Hawke has over 15 years experience working in the IT sector. Prior to joining TOWER Software, he was the General Manager, Southern Region for Acer Computer in New Zealand. Iain also worked for NCR in New Zealand as its Client Director.
