Reporting
TRIM Context 6 includes a feature rich reporting module. Reports can be produced for virtually any metadata objects as well as for control tables and document store usage. Statistical reporting is available for the Workflow module as well as for general system monitoring purposes.
Report Layout Editor
The TRIM Context 6 report layout editor presents the user with a tool that allows the definition of data bands on a report and the positioning of data fields within the bands through drag & drop. This makes it easy to create report layouts that include the data tailored to the reporting purpose within your organisation.
Selection of Items to be included in Reports
Items to be included in a report are easily selected by performing a search using one or more of TRIM Context 6’s over 100 search methods. For recurring reporting needs the search criteria can be saved and reused at any time. Variables such as “today” and “me” can be used. They will be replaced with the appropriate data at runtime, which makes it possible to use the same saved search over and over again, under a variety of circumstances.
Statistical Reporting
Statistical reporting is available for the Workflow module to show the workload and the type of activities that were allocated during any given period. These reports can help identify bottle necks in processes, which will help streamlining your organisation and increase productivity.
General statistical reporting is available for system monitoring purposes. This is especially relevant where system administrators need to monitor uptake of the system by the user community or plan for the expansion of the system in future.
