Governments around the world are faced with similar challenges to deliver improved, cost effective services to the public and other stakeholders, with complete accountability. Integral to this is the ability of government agencies to work closely together in order to improve their service delivery, widen the “points of contact” for the public and in turn, deliver improved customer satisfaction.
