Email Management: An Oxymoron?

A survey by AIIM in association with TOWER Software

During August and September 2006, AIIM carried out an online survey to determine the email management challenges facing public and private-sector organisations and the extent to which they have adopted, or plan to adopt, formal email management policies and practices.  Over 1,000 end users participated representing a wide range of organisations within the US, Canada and the United Kingdom.
