To help you make the most of your TRIM Context investment, TOWER Software offers a number of ways to get your technical queries answered quickly. 

You can contact our Customer Support team, Monday to Friday, between the hours of 09:00 and 17:30 GMT.  Our team has access to a full TRIM Context test facility to replicate your issue and rapidly identify a solution.  Alternatively, try our self-service option (Customer extranet login required) to submit your queries online or to search the TRIM Context KnowledgeBase for possible solutions.

Product Enhancement Requests
Have you got a great idea for how TRIM Context can be improved? Now it's even easier for you to shape future product releases.

Existing customers can view outstanding product enhancement requests online (Customer extranet login required) and even submit their own enhancement requests directly to our Product Development team for review and prioritisation.
