Case Management

Case management helps to promote quick, efficient, and hassle-free relations between the government and its citizens, through the ability to preserve, manage and discover organisational memory of interactions with individuals. It is critical in protecting the vulnerable, preventing abuse and even saving lives.

TRIM Context 6 provides the functionality and flexibility to allow the development of case management systems which allow good case management and help to facilitate effective government–citizen relations.

  • Processes and Alerts - Workflow and action-tracking tools can ensure that critical events lead to best-practice processes being put in place
  • Correspondence Tracking - Records every detail of communications and allow searching by metadata
