Derby Hospitals "Re-shaping Health Services"

Derby Hospitals NHS Foundation Trust is implementing TRIM Context, TOWER Software's Electronic Document and Records Management (EDRM) platform, as part of its ongoing "Reshaping Health Services" project. The system, supplied by LSC Group, will eventually support up to 7,000 users by managing all non-clinical documents across the Trust’s new £333m "Super Hospital".

Erewash Borough Council hopes to save £80,000 p.a 
- paper and physical storage costs to reduce with EDRM
Erewash Borough Council is to reduce the cost and physical storage space requirements of its paper documents and files with the introduction of a TRIM Context EDRM system from TOWER Software. The system will be rolled out initially to 250 users and includes seamless integration with the Council's existing Singularity business process management system as well as its Northgate CRM system.

Wiltshire County Council to make cost savings
and streamline its processes

Wiltshire County Council is to use the TRIM Context EDRM system from TOWER Software to improve efficiency and corporate decision making. Initially deployed to the Authority’s 55-strong Human Resources Team in 2006 as part of a larger change programme, the system is to be extended to a further 85 users within the Authority’s Planning Service and Pay Reform Team.

TOWER Software and our customers had another fantastic European TRIM User Forum (EUROTUF) this year at Coombe Abbey Hotel in Warwickshire. Our 7th annual EUROTUF was heralded a unanimous success by all involved. The action-packed agenda included presentations from notable industry experts and TRIM Context customers and concluded with a charity Medieval Banquet in aid of Comic Relief.
