TRIM Context Named 2007 “Trend-Setting Product” by KMWorld Magazine

Award Highlights TOWER Software’s Distinction
as One Of “100 Companies that Matter”

TOWER Software’s TRIM Context 6 has been named a “Trend-Setting Product” for the fifth year in a row by KMWorld Magazine. This award complements the magazine’s selection of TOWER Software earlier this year as one of its “100 Companies that Matter in Knowledge Management.”

The focus of this year’s Trend-Setting Product award was customer service, according to KMWorld Editor in Chief Hugh McKellar. “More than 650 individual products were considered by our team of editors, analysts, integrators and users,” McKellar said. “Each and every company whose products were chosen for this year's list of Trend-Setting Products is being acknowledged for its willingness to listen and serve its customers in useful and innovative ways."

Customer service has been a company-wide focus for many years, according to Tom Williams, Director for Services at TOWER Software US, in both commercial and government sectors. “More and more organizations are looking for an enterprise content management solution that is based on a customer-vendor partnership, where customer service is critically important,” he said. “With over 20 years in the software market, we had 100% successful deployments last year and hold one of the highest customer retention rates in this market. It is truly gratifying that KMWorld recognizes the capability and contribution that TOWER Software brings to the market.”

TOWER Software’s TRIM Context is a unified enterprise content management platform that enables governmental and private sector clients to manage and process documents, records, content and email, integrating them efficiently into all lines of business applications.

KMWorld awards the “Trend-Setting” distinction annually to recognize products that represent the “very best thinking about, and development of, solutions for nearly every vertical industry and every organization, public or private.”
