KMWorld names TOWER Software in List of Top Knowledge Management Providers
For the seventh consecutive year, KMWorld Recognizes TOWER Software within its list of “100 Companies That Matter in Knowledge Management”
February 21, 2008 — Reston, VA — TOWER Software, a global leader in the successful delivery and implementation of enterprise records management solutions, today announced it has been recognized by KMWorld as one of the “100 Companies That Matter in Knowledge Management” for the seventh consecutive year.
KMWorld has compiled this list for eight years, based on discussions with KM practitioners, theorists, analysts, vendors and their customers and colleagues. Hugh McKellar, KMWorld Editor-in-Chief, focused on the relationship these vendors have with their customers. “We have long held that the true essence of knowledge management is an attitude, a single-minded commitment to improvement. And companies on our list simply must emphasize an abiding determination to serve their most important constituency: their customers. They must also show agile innovation combined with a full understanding of the forces that affect, and will affect, their customers.”
“TOWER Software is proud to be recognized for seven consecutive years by an authority such as KMWorld, to be among the companies that are driving the KM Industry,” said Jeff Shulman, General Manager of TOWER Software US. Mr. Shulman added, “TOWER Software’s commitment to customer satisfaction is demonstrated by our 97% customer retention rate and the high success rate of our TRIM Context software implementations. We are pleased to see one of our technical partners, Vital Path, is also recognized on this year’s list.”
The complete list of “100 Companies that Matter in Knowledge Management” is featured in the March 2008 issue of KMWorld Magazine. It is also available on the KMWorld website at www.kmworld.com.
